1. Different stages that follow in the process of concluding a contract (sales)

When choosing a service, the customer enters the data necessary for the further purchase process. Based on the entered data, the seller receives the information necessary to provide the service. Before the last step in the purchase process, the customer is recommended to check the accuracy of the entered data so that the service can be performed correctly. 2. Methods and terms of payment

3. Description of the method and term of delivery of the service

The service will be performed in such a way that the driver will come to the location chosen by the customer. The time limit for carrying out the transport service depends on the destination and the condition of the roads, since denser traffic and possible road works affect the length of the journey itself.

5. Contractual provisions

The seller undertakes to perform the service according to the legal regulations of the Republic of Croatia. In case of possible deficiencies or omissions in the performance of the service, the customer has the right to refer to the Law of the Republic of Croatia on Consumer Protection. In case of inability to perform the transport service, the seller can transfer the right to perform the transport service to a business partner who retains all obligations to which the seller undertook when concluding the contract with the transport customer. The seller reserves the right to change prices before the sale/concluded contract. The seller reserves the right to cancel the purchase of the service before the monetary transaction is completed.

6. Termination of the contract

The customer has the right to terminate the contract according to Article 45 of the Law on Consumer Protection no later than 24 hours before the start of the scheduled service with a refund in the full amount minus the fee for card transactions. Termination of the contract is not possible within 24 hours of scheduled service and in that case no refund is possible. In case of delay of the incoming flight, bus, train, etc. the scheduled service will be performed without additional charge. In case of non-appearance of the customer at the scheduled location and scheduled arrival, no refund is possible.

7. Statement on the use of WSPay

WSPay is a secure system for online payments, real-time payments, credit and debit cards and other payment methods. WSPay provides customers and merchants with secure entry and transfer of entered card data, which is confirmed by the PCI DSS certificate that WSPay has. WSPay uses an SSL certificate with 256-bit encryption and TLS 1.2 cryptographic protocol as the highest level of protection when entering and transferring data.

8. Transfer (general)

Transfer means transport of at least one passenger from the departure point to the before agreed destination point.

9. Booking

Booking is made on-line or over phone. If the booking is approved you will receive booking confirmation on your email. We will contact you with the details of your booking at the shortest possible notice.

When the booking is made you have to be available on the day of booking and 48hrs prior to the transfer - in case that you are unavailable the transfer will be cancelled.

We reserve the right to decline a booking if there are no available vehicles.

We reserve the right to pass the transfer to our business partners if we cannot make the transfer by ourselves. In such case we are not liable for any possible damage.

The person entering the data is held liable for their accuracy.

The transfer operator is not liable for any incorrectly entered or false data.

10.Cancellation

There is no charge for transfer cancellation.
